turtle and our new dog summer

One day Luke, Austin, and I went to a history museum and a science museum, and then our mom and dad took us to a animal shelter and we where really surprised that they got us a dog without even telling us. So the next day we went to get her a igloo and we to the guys house and there was sign that said beware of turtles. My mom said there must be turtles and the guy walks around the gate and my mom said I'm the one that wants to buy the igloo. We went around the gate with hm and I saw a turtle. There was 5 turtles. They were African tortoises. We fed them leaves and it was really fun. They followed my mom around because she had leaves on her skirt.
